Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- No Returns or Exchanges: Our company does not accept returns or exchanges on any Types of pumps. Once a product is purchased, it is considered a final sale.
- Final Sale: All pumps are sold as ‘final sale’ items. This means they cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.
- Defective Products: If you receive a pump that is defective, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to resolve the issue, but this is at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
